1. Not medical advice
GLP Flow helps you keep a personal record of your medication, doses and weight. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, decide or adjust doses, or predict how a medication will work for you.
- Never start, stop, skip or change a medication or dose because of anything the app shows. Follow your prescriber's instructions and the medication guide that comes with your medication.
- Figures such as weight change by dose period, BMI and adherence are simple calculations from what you entered. They are not an assessment of how well a medication is working.
- Reference information such as dose steps, half-life and side-effect rates is summarized from US prescribing information. It may differ from the approved label in your country, may be out of date, and does not apply to everyone.
- The record summary is a convenience for conversations with your healthcare provider. It is not an official medical record.
- If you have a medical emergency or a serious side effect, contact your local emergency number or a healthcare provider immediately.
2. Reminders
Reminders are a convenience only. They depend on Android and your device settings and may be late, or may not appear at all, because of battery optimization, notification settings, the device being off, or other conditions outside our control. You remain responsible for taking your medication as prescribed.
3. The app
The app is free to use and needs no account. It shows no ads and has no in-app purchases. We may add, change or remove features to improve the app. If we ever introduce paid features, we will explain them before you buy anything.
4. Who can use the app
You must be at least 13 years old (14 in Korea, or the minimum age set by your local law if higher) to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The medications listed in the app are prescription medications and should be used only as prescribed by a qualified healthcare provider.
5. Your data and backups
Your records are stored only on your device, as described in the GLP Flow Privacy Policy at https://starrybits.com/en/glpflow/privacy. We never receive them, so we cannot restore them for you.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
- Records are lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data, reset it, or lose or reset your device. The app is excluded from Android cloud backup, so export a JSON backup regularly if you want to keep your records.
- You are responsible for exported files and for anything you choose to share.
6. Acceptable use
- Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.
- Do not copy, modify, redistribute or sell the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows this.
- Do not present exported records or summary images as official medical records, or alter them to mislead others.
7. Intellectual property and trademarks
We own the app, including its design, code, icons and text. Open-source components are licensed under their own terms, listed in the app under Profile → Open Source Licenses. The records you create belong to you.
Mounjaro and Foundayo are trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. Wegovy and Saxenda are trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S. These names are used only to identify the medications you track. GLP Flow is an independent app and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the app, its calculations, its reference information or its reminders will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will meet your needs.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any health outcome or decision made using the app, for missed or late reminders, for loss of data stored on your device, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Updates and discontinuation
We may release updates that change the app. If we decide to stop offering the app, we will announce it in the app or on this site in advance. Because your records are stored on your device, you can keep using an installed copy and export your records.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
12. Changes to these terms
We will post any update on this page and change the effective date above. For material changes, we will also give notice on this page or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the app after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
