GLP Flow is a log for your time on a GLP-1 medication. Write down the days you took a dose, the days your dose changed, and your weigh-ins. It works with Mounjaro, Wegovy, Saxenda and Foundayo.
Open the app and you'll see your total weight change from day one, along with a countdown to your next injection. Whenever your dose changes, GLP Flow calculates how much weight you lost during that specific dosage period.
No account creation, no logins, and zero ads. Your data is stored locally on your device and never uploaded to any remote server.

Features
Weight changes broken down by dose
Log the date and dose every time your prescription changes. For each step, like 2.5 mg or 5 mg, the app shows how long you stayed on it, your total weight change, and your weekly and daily averages. The main weight chart also color-codes each dosage period.
Track starting weight to goal
Log your weight to see your overall progress from day one alongside a two-week trend line. If you enter your height and target weight, the app calculates your BMI and how much weight remains to your goal.
Log missed doses and treatment pauses
If you cannot take a scheduled dose, mark it as skipped. If you need to stop treatment for a while, start a break. You do not need to set an end date upfront; simply hit resume when you take your next shot.
A clean summary for doctor appointments
Export your treatment timeline, current dose, weight changes, schedule adherence, and dose-by-dose stats into a single image. Save it to your photos or pull it up directly during your clinic visit.
Side effect reference notes
Look up reference rates for common side effects, read everyday tips for managing them, and review red-flag signs that mean you should reach out to a doctor right away.

How to use

Select your medication
Pick your GLP-1 drug, start date, and current dose. You can leave optional fields like height and goal weight blank and fill them in later.

Log weigh-ins and injections
Tap Add record whenever you step on the scale or take a dose. When your doctor changes your dose, just enter the new amount and the effective date.

Review trends and save reports
As you log entries over time, check the Analytics tab to see how your weight changed across each dose. You can also save a summary image before your next visit.

Is GLP Flow free?
Yes. It is completely free, with no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Which medications can I track?
GLP-1 medications including Mounjaro, Wegovy, Saxenda, and Foundayo. You can customize the dosing interval and dose amounts for your prescription.
Will I lose my records if I uninstall the app?
Yes. Your records live only on your phone, so uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them. Nothing is stored on a server, so we can't recover them. Export a JSON backup every now and then and keep it somewhere safe.
Does the app tell me when to increase my dose?
No. GLP Flow only runs calculations on what you enter. It does not provide diagnoses or recommend dosage adjustments. Always discuss your medication and dosing plan with your doctor or pharmacist.
My reminders arrive a few minutes late.
Battery saver settings on Android can occasionally delay notifications. Allow exact alarms in the Profile tab and reminders will arrive at the time you set.

- Notifications
- Used to send dose reminders. On Android 13 and later, this is only requested when you turn reminders on. Logging functions work completely fine without it.
- Alarms & reminders
- Helps notifications arrive at the exact minute you set rather than getting delayed by system power saving. Only requested if you enable it in the Profile tab.
- Run at startup
- Restores your scheduled injection reminders after your phone restarts or after an app update.
Your data
- Your weight entries, injection history, and dose records stay on your phone. Nothing is sent to an external server, and all features work offline.
- No user accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking tools built in.
- Records are not included in automatic cloud backups. When switching phones, export a JSON backup and import it on your new device.
